Sentinel — terms of service
1. Definition of Service
Sentinel provides a package-based local property representation service within a defined operational scope.
The service is not:
- Insurance
- A concierge service
- A rental agency
- A general contractor
- Full-scope property management
2. Geographic Area
The service is provided only within Torrevieja and a 50–70 km radius.
Properties outside this area cannot be served.
3. Package Model
Services are delivered only under monthly packages:
- Basic
- Extended
- Full
- If a service is not explicitly listed in the package, it is not included.
- Additional services require separate agreement and quotation.
4. SLA
SLA defines:
- Response time
- Decision time
- SLA does not guarantee time to full resolution of an issue.
5. Decision Authority
In the Full Package a decision limit applies:
- Standard: €300 per single decision
- Optional: €500 (if agreed)
- Decisions above the limit require owner approval.
6. Liability
Sentinel is responsible for:
- Delivery of services in accordance with the package
- Documentation of actions
- Response in line with SLA
Sentinel is not responsible for:
- Force majeure
- Errors by third-party contractors
- Insurance-type losses
- Failure to prevent all incidents
7. Payments
The service is billed:
- Monthly in advance
- Minimum engagement period: 3 months
Payment may be made by:
- Bank transfer
- Online via the payment system
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the service.
8. Termination
The client may terminate the service at the end of the billing period.
Sentinel may terminate the service in case of:
- Breach of scope
- Non-payment
- Operational impossibility
- Conduct that prevents safe delivery of the service
9. Package Changes
A package change requires:
- Mutual agreement
- Written documentation
- Changes do not apply retroactively.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Spain.
Disputes are resolved by the competent courts.
