Start with the question you probably have.

The most common doubts in brief — the full answer is in the panel below.

Is this property management?

No. Sentinel is local owner representation: presence, checks, reports, and decisions within defined limits.

Can I request one-off help?

Sometimes, as a separately agreed action. A one-off visit does not replace an oversight package.

What happens in an emergency?

Sentinel acts within agreed limits. Above the limit, the decision returns to the owner.

Can Sentinel manage guests or cleaning?

Cleaning and readiness may be part of the agreed scope. Rental or guest management as a business is not.

Service Model & Packages

Questions about Sentinel's service structure, package boundaries, and what is/isn't included.

Sentinel is local owner representation: on-site presence, checks, coordination, and reports inside a defined package. It is not concierge, rental management, or open-ended help. If you need steady, clear structure in the service area, the model may fit.
